With a track record of securing well over £1bn of public and private sector contract pipeline in recruitment, employability, youth, skills training and the criminal justice sectors we have both the insight and expertise to create winning solutions.
In various strategy, development, operations, communications and leadership roles, I have led highly successful bid and operational teams, mobilised a business in Ireland and been part of a leadership team that has taken a business on a truly transformational growth journey.

My track record in business development is enhanced by executive operational accountability for over 240 employees, across 30 locations and a supply chain of 5 delivery partners delivering JobPath in Ireland and 6 years as a main board director. My blend of business development and operational experience keeps commercial viability front and centre of the sales process.
Whilst I will always have business development in my blood, my leadership experience has kindled an interest in organisational psychology. I’m simply fascinated by what makes people tick and the impact that organisational design, culture and practice has on an organisation’s performance. This is reflected in the way I build operating solutions and manage projects.
I have been described by those who have worked with me as strategic yet pragmatic, insightful, focused, hands on and enthusiastic with an unshakeable will to win.
It takes a certain kind of person to get excited about translating policy and operational ideas into compelling, compliant bid strategy and collateral ... and that person is me.
After a Masters in European Studies I joined a recruitment grad scheme and along the way discovered that my analytical approach and a fondness for debating a point, was a good match for a career in business development, specialising in bid strategy, management and writing.
Whilst the primary focus in my previous roles has been policy, strategy, solution design, risk management and bid management, my wider experience over the last five years has included the development of social value strategies and leading both a 60 strong operational employer engagement team and a corporate marketing team. Some of my most enjoyable achievements have been executed when I have been pushed way out of my comfort zone.
Working on projects with a strong social purpose is one of my key motivators; innovative services, that have a lasting economic, social or environmental impact are needed now more than ever and working with organisations to bring their solutions to life and to market is what ignites my will to win.
What do I bring to your team? Well for me, winning new business has always been about the we not the me – I’m all about collective effort and I offer a calm, intelligent, questioning perspective. I am opinionated, I do like to debate and play devil’s advocate, but 99% of the time it is about getting the best solution and the best win strategy … the remaining 1% is just for sport!
